You can decide later, but for know please read our data  between this Two Devices. Apple iPhone 6s running latest iOS 9.x and Samsung Galaxy S6 currently running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with TouchWiz Interface. Between two device able running as Payment System.

Payment System

Apple iPhone 6s using Apple Pay and Samsung using Samsung Pay. For this service we can said that Apple has been beaten by Samsung. Samsung Pay support standard payment, but Apple Pay only support Apple Payment system.

Camera

Both have great result, for Video or Still Photos both Smartphone are awesome. But for me, we prefer iPhone 6s, because New Camera on iPhone 6s support Live Photos and well integrated with OS X and iCloud. Samsung Galaxy S6 is good but lack on integrated with other system.

Ecosystem

This is War between iOS and Android, Apple iPhone 6s using iOS and of course Samsung Galaxy S6 using Android. Both Mobile Operating System now is mature. But for some reason iOS still leading on UI Design and Great App availability.
