How To OS X 10.10.4 Beta Yosemite - Flush DNS; as Web Developer sometimes we need to refresh or flush DNS. Because for some reason we move our Domain from one server to another. To Speed up our OS X get new domain we need to Flush DNS.



On OS X Yosemite, we must you new Terminal Command to Flush DNS. It's happen because Apple decided to remove discoveryd and discoveryutil. Like we all know this command is available on OS X 10.10 Yosemite before 10.10.4 and on the latest version Apple decided to remove.


So if you really want to Flush DNS OS X Yosemite we must use same command as on 10.9 Mavericks. He we go to Flush DNS

sudo dscacheutil -flushcache;sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder; say flushed

It's easy right? just try yourself and you can do that. Please note to execute this command via terminal.
